Love fitbit versa but can't wear it because it causes pain

Hello, I love my Fitbit Versa 2- just recently got it a a gift for myself on my birthday & the technology is amazing. But after 3 days of using it I have had to stop because after wearing it for a little bit it causes an excruciating throbbing pain on my wrist (was just using it for the timers feature at that time).

Tried using it again and it still causes pain/discomfort after a matter of hours seemingly related to some radiation/signal energy. Could the problem be just with me Versa 2 specifically or is this common with this watch in general? Not sure if I'll be able to use it - would appreciate some advice from FitBit's customer support

I am having the same problem I think, I wear my Fitbit Versa 2 day and night and I have been having a lot of pain in my wrist and arm, I am beginning to think it is from the watch, have changed to the other arm to see if I have issues on that side. This is a little concerning to me.

Great news @SunsetRunner  and thanks for letting us know. If you still want to continue with Fitbit, check out the Inspire with the optional clip. You can wear it on your waist band or tuck it inside your bra. Whatever you do, keep on stepping and take care of yourself.

Hey,

I’ve had the same kinda issue over the past maybe 3 years with my Fitbit Sense. I had an Ionic before that but never had the pain.

Anyway, it’s like a dull, aching throb which gets a bit sharper. It starts in the wrist and can spread to the left side and top of my arm and hand. Like it’s nerve pain.

I never thought much of it until one day I took the watch off because I just felt like that was constricting me and causing the pain and it immediately subsided and not long after totally disappeared.
I’ve had 3 replacements due to technical issues and have had the problem with each one. I had stopped wearing it for the past few months as both of my chargers stopped working and I just didn’t get a new one. I’ve just recently gotten a new charger and have begun wearing the watch again for the past couple months now and have noticed this pain that I had completely forgotten about has come back and has the same characteristics. It seemingly just comes on for no reason.

I’ve decided to stop wearing it..
