I never do this but I have received such poor service from Fitbit that I feel it is necessary. My company(over 15,000 employees) partnered with Fitbit for our Active Health and Wellness program. This resulted in thousands of sales from the purchase of a vast range of devices. I contacted Fitbit in regards to my battery life on my versa draining within 7 hours, did some tests, synced a lot of times. End result I need to replace my entire watch because the battery is faulty. Only catch... I am 2 months out of warranty so I am told I am SOL. But! on a good note, thanks to quality of the customer service department, it qualifies me for a 25% off another $200 product and I can also purchase the extended warranty through Fitbit. Such a great deal how could I go wrong right? Except the fact my wife had gone through two Fitbits as well, due to battery, until she said "forget it, I'm sick of replacing it."
Very frustrated because I was extremely satisfied with the Versa and the quality until I find out it would be the most expensive faulty battery replacement ever. No repair centers, no service centers....buy another.

I feel your frustration. As an avid fitbit fan my versa has been a huge disappointment
I am remorse to leave my fitbit friend base that makes the competitions so fun but am outside of the warranty as well. Even tho this particular versa is less than one year old, it was a warranty replacement to the originally purchased versa that also had a problem. After walking through resets, syncs and factory reset without any luck they offer me the same, 25% off only good purchased through fitbit. I haven't decided what device to switch to but I will not be purchasing anything through fitbit. If I do purchase another fitbit it will be through kohls or Costco as they actually stand behind their products.
I love the way fitbit competitions work and I don't want a complicated device like an Apple Watch but I also do not wish to waste my money 😞
Oh and the offer was 25% off any fitbit or 40% off the ionic which is huge and I would never want

Same with mine it stupid this is the third watch I’ve had and I’ve never used their warranty but now sol buy another no thanks I’ll go somewhere else
