MAC Fitbit Connect App "No Internet Connection Found"

New Versa, already all set up

I went to put music on my versa this morning. I downloaded the Fitbit Connect App for Mac, and uploaded one test song. It worked fine. I then went to add more and now the Fitbit Connect App for Mac is saying there is no internet connection, when clearly, there is.

So far I have:

  1. Restarted my laptop (twice)
  2. Restarted my versa
  3. Redownloaded the Fitbit Connect App for Mac
  4. Turned Bluetooth on and off my laptop, iphone, and versa

Please help.

ALSO:

When I open "manage my music," it shows my new playlist with one song. But Drag and Drop will no longer work. And then the Fitbit Connect App for Mac says it cannot connect to my Fitbit.

I'm having the same problem.  I've downloaded, uninstalled, and reinstalled the FitBit Connect App on my Mac.  I've also tried the "unplug and re-plug" dongle.  Nothing is working.  I have a second Mac and am having the same problem.  Last - I have the app on my Galaxy phone (Note 9 Android OS) and IT is not syncing.  I continue to get error messages.

Same problem. it was working without problems until the last Mac Os Upgrade. I am running out of options to sync my charge 2. I use fitbit connect because the phone app it is not reliable, it syncs once or twice a day. Now the Mac App it is not working.
