MPOW Flame headphones no longer pairs

My Versa and headphones paired easily when I first got both but recently I am unable to pair them. I have tried resetting the Versa and deleting the phone app. I have turned off all Bluetooth devices to remove any conflicts.

It seemed to coincide with the app upgrade.

Anything else i might try?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with connecting your MPOW Flame headphones to your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I understand your concern and would like to confirm if these are the steps you tried to restart your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device? After that try to connect your headphones again by following the steps from this help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?

Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

I had followed the troubleshooting guidelines before I even posted. To be clear, these headphones worked just fine with my versa for 7 months. This is a recent problem. I have been unsuccessful when trying to resolve.
