Made a Mistake and chose a new streamlined look for my versa—help!

I was prompted for two days in a row to try a new “streamlined” look for my versa information and on the second day I said yes.  What a mistake!  It is awful, especially because I rely on my versa for sleep tracking and it is no longer intuitive.  I have to manually add my sleep schedule- it does not do it intuitively and it is no longer providing detailed sleep information about REM and deep sleep. My sleep start time has to be provided by me. Also, I am only receiving pattern information and the number of times I was awake and the number of times I was restless. I would like the previous system back and cannot find a way to do that.

I certainly agree with you faybee 54, it is the updated app. I think at least some of the support people agree. I doubt that getting a new Versa will change anything, still it is nice to have a spare.

Here is some advice I received from a different tech support team at Fitbit. I have not had time to try it. But others might.
In addition, we'd like to further investigate the issue you're having with the Fitbit app. We recently launched another update for the Fitbit app, which is expected to fix some bugs and make stability improvements. Please check the Play store to see whether the Fitbit app can be updated in your mobile device. In addition, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Force stop and clear cache of the Fitbit app:
* Open phone settings.
* Go to "Apps" or "Application Manager".
* Look for Fitbit.
* Tap "Storage" > "Clear Cache".
* Return to the previous screen, and tap "Force Stop".
2. Reboot your mobile device.
After following the steps above, the Fitbit app should work correctly. If that's not the case, please let us know and we'll be happy to continue assisting you.

I did the same thing - AWFUL.  I remember it saying you couldn't go back.

I'm not really sure but I think you are talking about the dashboard?

 

There is no way to go back.

Since I did the “new dashboard” and if an update was in there my Versa dashboard has been acting dumb. I cannot the weighs and measures to record in US Standard. I go to the account and have set the weights and miles in the standard format - the next day back to metric. I have clicked the auto button same thing next day back to metric. I use both my cell and my desktop. Same problem
