I was gifted a Versa for Christmas. I have successfully synced Versa to fitbit app on iPhone and Fitbit Connect/Dashboard on MacBook. Unfortunately when selecting Manage My Music on Fitbit Connect I cannot connect to Versa on MacBook. I have gone through all steps, put phone in charger, connect to wifi and turn off bluetooth (even tried leaving bluetooth on just in case that may have helped) etc etc. My Versa music screen changes and asks me to follow instructions on computer to transfer music but Fitbit Connect keeps telling me it is looking for the fitbit. I have even tried re-downloading fitbit connect app but problem still persists.
I am using macOS Mojave V10.14.1

@Emma915 I'm using Mojave 10.14.2 and I just finished moving 6 albums of music to my Versa. It does work.
It sounds like you are doing everything correctly. The only suggestion I can make is that I have to open the Music app on my Versa and put it into the "Transfer" mode BEFORE I select Manage My Music. If I start with the Fitbit Connect app, I never get a connection. Try setting up the Versa first and then do the Manage My Music step.
I'm assuming that your Versa and your Macbook are connected to THE SAME wifi band? I have a dual band router and an extender in my house that extends both bands. I do have to be careful that I've selected the exact same bands before connecting my Versa to WiFi (either both are connected to the router 2.4 ghz band or both are connected to the extended 2.4 ghz band).

Thank you Kcronin, I made a point of trying to put Versa in the Transfer mode first as you suggest but this does not help unfortunately. We do use a wifi booster and I have disabled this and have tried using wifi in the room with the router and ensure both are connected to the same 2.4GHZ band. I have even just tried restoring the Versa to factory settings but I am still unable to connect.
Versa appears to be connected it says: 'Use your computer to start transferring music. *In red box it says End Now*.
Fitbit Connect Screen is as follows:
I cannot seem to get beyond this point.
I am using Versa (32.33.1.30), iPhone 7Plus (software most recent update), and macOS Mojave 10.14.2. I have also tried using my iMac (also most recent software update) but do not own a Windows pc to try.

You can check if your Versa is connected to wifi by going to Settings on the Versa, then About and finally IP Address. If you are connected you'll see numbers. If you aren't you'll see WiFi Off. Sounds like this is a WiFi issue more than a Mac issue.

Hi Kcronin, thank you again. For some reason I don't think the Versa is holding onto the Wifi. We do not have problems with connections on any other device. I even tried taking all devices to my parents to try over their wifi but again this did not work. I'm not sure it is our wifi network that is the problem.
