Too many features not working anymore. Why continue to pay for something that doesn't work? Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I have given up trying to get things fixed. I have been trying for over 1 year. Update & bug fixes???? Yeah right!!!!! My fault for continuing with this rubbish product. Good luck trying to get ANYTHING corrected.
