Map of route not showing on app

When I go for a run my Versa 2 won’t connect to GPS, the feature is turned on, my phone has 4g and is in my pocket but it won’t track my route, it just says connecting but never does

@Rhianna0811   Here is a link to Fitbit's Help article How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?   The Versa 2 has connected GPS.  I expanded that section for you.  If your GPS doesn't connect, it sounds like you missed a phone setting.

Thanks but I’ve already looked at that and tried everything and it still just says connecting at the top but never does

@Rhianna0811   What model phone do you use?  There might be an odd issue with your phone.

I’ve got an iPhone 13, software is up to date and so is the Fitbit app
