I have Versa 2. Mapping of the run is erratic. Some time it records, some time not. What is the cause and how to rectify it. I have paired my watch with My mobile Motto

Hi @CaptHaridas  - if you turn on the run exercise before starting and the phone is nearby and syncing well it should record.

However try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, first before the run to be sure the watch is working properly.

If you have doubts about how well it is talking to the app you can use the SimpleCheckUp app (second test) to see how well it connects and if necessary restart the phone which must have location on for mapping to work each time.
