About 5 days ago I received a notification of an update. After the update my Fitbit Versa locked up. Once I got it restarted the battery drains each day before the end of the day. I have restarted it three times already and have not been able to fix this issue.

after the latest update, mine is doing the same thing, I did discover that with the new update fit bit has removed the control for you to decide when the device will sync, and now that they have the device syncing all the time it burns the battery up.....fit bit is doing

I just updated mine. It keeps turning itself off and time is wrong now. Never had an issue before now. Glad I am not only one with issues. Messaged fitbit see what happens.

My fitbit just keeps locking up. 93% power and locks. Can't use it at all.

I've been having a similar issue since the update but my Versa goes off completely until it is put back on the charger. Did it 3 times yesterday. Comes back on saying it has 70% battery?!! Very annoying.

I have been in direct contact fitbit, and here is their answer: 1, turnoff
the bluetooth on your phone. ( I cant do that since I have a pacemaker
monitor running on it all the time). 2 we did this so you would have a
better experience with your fit bit product.!! REALLY!!!

Recent updates have made my Versa unusable. A few weeks ago, a full charge would see it drop to around 65-70% after 24 hours
This morning at 9am it was 97% charged but I just went to check the time on it (some 5 hours later) and it’s dead. Awful

Dear Fitbit users, I recommend that you contact Fitbit and speak with an advocate to get assistance in resolving this issue. The phone number is 877-623-4997. They can walk you through the hard restart that you’re going to need and obtaining the new update. But be prepared to wait on hold on the phone for at least 40 minutes. It took me a total of three hours yesterday both the time to wait on hold and to walk through the steps with the advocate. If this does not help you and your warranty has expired They will offer you a discount on a new Fitbit., Just let them know that you don’t except a discount and that you want to speak with a supervisor. Be persistent. Eventually you will get the help that you need to fix the faulty May 25 update. Just don’t give up.

Anyone know an international number? I'm in Australia. It saddens me that mine doesn't work anymore. My mum brought it for me for Xmas last year

valphd2015 said above "Eventually you will get the help that you need to fix the faulty May 25 update. Just don’t give up." I just want to know if they were actually able to do anything to fix the awful last update that kills the battery in a day. I'm thinking no, but this person said theirs was fixed. When I called all they did was send me a coupon for 35% off a new Fitbit.
