Sips means small swallows. So it is telling you you should carry a water bottle so you can drink water as you exercise (bit of a strange way of saying It though!)

Similar to the phrase "I have to get my steps in." Sips meaning drinking water (taking a sip of water) and "in" meaning work it into your schedule. The tip is a way to work water consumption into your daily routine.
Edit: I see in your signature that you are from Australia. "Get your sips in" and "get your steps in" and "get your _____ in" are fairly common American expressions but they may not translate well everywhere!
