This message repeats over and over —about 150 times this morning at 4am. It also flips to picture and back again. How can I turn it off or get rid of it?

This message appears when you access the notifications on the Fitbit Versa either by pressing and holding the upper right button, or by swipping down from the clock face.
Either the upper right button is not working (got stuck) or the touchscreen is acting up. I would recommend doing a restart of the device by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
If that doesn't make it stop, you may want to check with customer support.
