Good morning! I bought my versa 2 in October 2019 and so far I have been working very well, I was very happy with it. Two days ago, something broke for no reason. First, the touchscreen stopped working. Neither the reset nor the factory reset helped. Now the message "unlock with phone" is displayed, but the watch does not display the code numbers to connect the phone and watch. I am asking for help or repair.
