Message "Unlock with your Phone" on my Versa 3.

I got a Fitbit versa 3 it’s not connected by app but through Bluetooth on my phone when I turn it on it says unlock by phone please help 😭 how do I reset this thing

Hi @Atrickz Welcome to  the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you unlock your Versa 3. 

If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Versa 3 with your paired phone. To unlock your device with your phone:

  • In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab Devices your device.
  • Tap Device Lock.
  • Find the option to reset your PIN code.

If you removed your device from your Fitbit app by mistake, i suggest you contact tech support. They count with the resources to assist your further.
