Hi please help!! I have just purchased the versa 2 but can not receive messages or what’s app on the device. I have looked up help and turned all the notifications on but it still won’t work. Can someone help please

@Abbycamp Welcome to the forum! 🙂 Can you verify that your tracker is syncing properly? When you open the Fitbit mobile app and tap on your avatar image what is the time stamp you see next to Versa? Are you receiving other notifications? Also, please share your phone model and OS. For now, please do the following:

 

  1. Tap on your Avatar to open your Account
  2. Tap on the image of your tracker
  3. Scroll down to General and tap on Notifications
  4. Make sure all the notifications you want are turned on.
  5. Tap on App Notifications and make sure Whatsapp is enabled there
  6. Sync your tracker
  7. Also, make sure that DND is not on in the Quick Settings on your Versa - on the main screen swipe down, tap the setting icon (first on the right), make sure the icons in the top row are grayed out.

I have a charge three. I disconnected it like troubleshooting said to do so
nothing is showing on my account, or my app.It is like it completely died.
It was syncing until I deleted it to readd it. My phone is an LG OS Android
version 9.
