Getting messages but no vibration. I am missing the message when it comes to phone. It displays message on watch, but no vibration. Unless I looked every second to see if I received a message I don't know I received one. . I was at work today and boss texted me and I didn't respond, as I did not get a virbration on the watch but the message was there when he looked. That did not go very good and he thinks I just didn't want to do what he asked I have vibration on alarms but not on incoming messages. I have settings set at strong and vibration for notifications. I hope Fitbit can fix the problem. The price I paid for this watch it should work much better than what it does. I also am charging it every other day. I am not using the apps like I should be able to. I have to do this to keep the battery from going down so fast. I am not sure if I got a bad watch. But I have not been very pleased with how mine is not working like it should. Help on fixing the issues on this watch would greatly be appreciated. In job when needed to receive a message could cause so issues at work. This watch is not functioning the way it should. Please help.

I still do not get a vibration that I can feel when a message comes in. I am having to wear another watch to know I am getting messages. ( And this did not change with 1 or 2 watches vibs still do not work either way). When I am asked why I wear 2 watches and I tell them. It keeps them from buying a Versa watch. Fitbit needs to fix the issue on this as I have tried all that was suggested to fix and was told by Fitbit for ME to get in touch with the developer for a Future solution. (If there is one)? If not I am stuck with a very expensive watch that really does not work as intended. I bought this as I thought Fitbit was a really good company with their products. I have not been happy with my VERSA. I hope Fitbit will get back with me with a solution to my problem. HELLO, . FITBIT I AM WAITING. FOR A FIX FOR ME BEING ABLE TO FEEL VIBRATION. FROM. MY. VERSA. FOR. MY MESSAGES. Fitbit can you get in touch with that developer as I was unable to get in touch with them.

I too am not able to get a vibration with messages. I have shut down watch and turned notification for messages off and back on. Still nothing.
my floor counter doesn’t work properly either.
