Messages not showing up on fit bit screen

When I first got and set up my Fitbit Versa light special edition watch, texts & calls showed up on my Fitbit but now nothing. I don’t get texts, phone calls or notifications on my Fitbit. 
very frustrating.

Hi @Sands10  What phone are you using? (Make and model)

First check that DO NOT DISTURB is not accidently turned on - swipe down - it is the white circle with the line through it.

Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Troubleshooting Notifications.

Ok I checked and I don’t have the do not disturb button on.
I then went to settings but can’t find where to see About to shutdown?. I
have an IPhone XR IOS 13.4.
I also made sure to download the update. I still am not getting
notifications from my phone on my Fitbit.

Thanks for checking that. As it is an iOS phone the problem is possibly what is talked about HERE . Go through the steps KateFitbit outlines and hopefully that will fix your problems.

(If you go to the Settings app on your watch, you need to scroll right to the bottom to find About)
