Hi,

I get a notification that I have a message, but I am not able to read the text messages on my fitbit Versa, Is anyone else having this problem?  I can read my whatsapp messages, but not regular text messages. Also, when someone calls me my watch takes a long time to show me someone is calling, it takes about 4 rings for my watch to alert me. Is there a way that alerts can be set at less than 10 seconds?

Me neither. No calls, no messages, nothing. I think it work initially but stopped some time ago.....

then why v r using this? can i get replacement for the same? coz main
intention to buy this product was to not to miss on any call
and if this facility is not working then it will forbidden fruit to buy,
right?

 i'm browsing and I saw your post, I hope you didn't buy versa for your father... this is not a user friendly watch, Indded! I got a blaze, too and I think this is far more better than versa as far as notification and connectivity are concerned...

To see you messages on your watch from your phone, be sure that your previews are on.
