Hola @Alcaerba -  it may not actually be charged.

 

If you look at the charge in the Fitbit App also check when it last synced to see when that was.

 

The most common cause is a bad charge cable or it needs cleaning, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

 

If it gets hot while charging stop immediately, there may be an internal fault.
