When replying to text messages via the speak to text capability on my versa2, the microphone no longer works. I cannot use Alexa either. The microphone is not registering any sounds. I have reset both my watch and phone but nothing it working. I have disabled my notifications and turned off the microphone, then restarted my phone and turned them back on. Nothing. How do I fix this?

I found that I had something closing off/blocking my speaker on the face of the watch. Soap frequently tends to cover it up from hand washing. You might see if there is any blockage
