Nothing with voice works.at all on watch. Any fixes or just broke?

Same here... opened a support ticket and they asked if I had rebooted the device. then they asked if I had factory reset the device. I said yes to both then they told me they would email me warenty info. Apparently I'm past my 1 year limited warranty so all they will offer me is a discount. I should have opened a ticket when I first had the issue. 😞

I've been having the same issue with mine. After 2 months of getting the run around they offered me 30% off my next fitbit. My versa still works fine its only the microphone messing up so I figured I'd just keep it and live with it. I can't believe so many people are having this issue and it's not being addressed.

Any updates on a microphone fix? I've been dealing with it since the last update. Would be great to have it working again. The microphone is enabled - just doesn't hear me.

I had the same problem, the only thing that the microphone would register was taps on the face. The solution for me was to clean the port to the microphone (small hole on the opposite side of the face from the button). Mine was dirty/clogged and this apparently was preventing the microphone from being able to pick up my voice.

I'm on Versa 2 #3, all under warranty, same issue. Will NEVER buy another FitBit product, the only thing it is 'fit' for is a paper weight, and who uses paper any more?

For anyone who references this later, it's a common issue. Fitbit customer service is atrocious and you likely will not get a replacement or fix. I've been trying to get them to fix it for 2 months and they won't budge. They won't honor the warranty. Unfortunately it's outside of my window for a chargeback.
