Microphone stopped working and other issues

The microphone on my Fitbit versa 2 stopped working yesterday.  Today I tried deleting and reinstalling my device.  After doing all that and resetting all my notifications the way I want them I can't get it to sync at all and none of my notifications are working.

Please help.  I've only had this device less than a week.

If the microphone isn't working, you might want to do a Hardware restart by doing a shutdown.
