Mileage is not accurate

I went for a 3.5 mile bike ride today (and the last fee days) and my Versa is only tracking a mile at most. It is not showing my route and I am pretty sure I burned more than 200 calories today. Everything worked fine up until a few months ago. Very frustrating.

If your on a bike and not using the connected GPS of the phone, Fitbit will not be able to measure your distance. 

After the.bike mode is setup, wait for GPS to connect and then press go. Remover you need the phone with you for this to work. If your still having issues, we will need to know the phone model and if notification works.

Thank you for your response. Everything is connected to GPS on my phone, Fitbit, etc.  but it just stopped workin . Before I take off I make sure everything is connected and ready to go. Not sure why it suddenly stopped.
