Mileage is not getting recorded accurately

I have had pretty good accuracy with Fitbit tracking my 3-mile run, until now. Lately, it's changing my mileage to 2.7, then 2.4, etc. I walked 2.5 miles last week and it showed 1.7. Since I generally run or walk the same route every day, this should remain consistent. Thoughts?

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite is not recording your distance correctly.

If you are registering your runs or walks without connected GPS, I would recommend checking that your height and gender is correct on your Fitbit profile.

Whether your runs/walks are recorded with connected GPS, please verify that your cellphone is part of the list of compatible devices. If it is not, you might still be able to sync and receive notifications, but we cannot guarantee that everything will work as intended.
