Mileage on Versa not matching app

I've noticed this week my mileage is really high on the app which is strange since I haven't altered my activities and am still averaging the same steps. I haven't entered anything manually either. For instance right now my versa shows 3.42 miles. The app shows 5 miles. Yesterday there was a 3 mile discrepancy. Steps, calories and everything else is correct. I've tried resetting and deleting/reinstalling the app. Had the versa since last May ish and have had nothing but issues.

I'd like you to try the following troubleshooting steps in order to correct this issue: Sync your data. After this, restart your Versa as described in this help article. Once you've restarted your tracker, set it up as a new device. Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi. I dod that already and did it again. All info syncs just fine except
the mileage. Right now my versa shows 3.84 miles. The Fitbit app is showing
6.27 miles. All other data matches except mileage.

Hello. This worked for a few days and today the mileage was off again. Currently my versa shows 4.96 miles but the app shows 7.02 miles. I uninstalled again and reset it which has not fixed it.
