Hello @Kaylarkin, welcome to the Community forums. I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with this. 

 

Thank you for sharing this information about the miles and kilometers that you're no longer seeing. Could you please provide a few more details about this? You're not able to see the distance for your workouts in the Fitbit app? Or you're not getting any distance when you complete a workout or activity in the Watch?
