sometimes when i work out (or have elevated heart rate) that crosses over from day to day at midnight, the watch does not reset. it's a nuisance because i want to "accurately" track all my fitness data.
for example...i currently have 802 steps and 9.31 miles logged (i logged 9.31 miles the day before), my stride isn't that large lol
this has happened every time my heart rate is elevated at midnight...randomly, the miles, steps and/or minutes do not reset properly. it only happens when i work out or have an elevated heart rate at midnight.
i tried to reset without any luck. anyone have any suggestions or fixes?

Hi @dude24, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the miles data doesn't reset at midnight. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

@JuanJoFitbit thanks for the reply...
I have tried to hard and soft reset prior to my original post on my versa 2. My problem is when you work out and stop exercising just before midnight but your heart rate is still elevated above the threshold for "resting heart rate"...the mileage will be double counted for both days. I have done this twice in the last few months. I don't want to stop working out at midnight just to get an accurate mileage tracking the following day.
