Miles not resetting at midnight

I had this problem last month and texted for help. After 3 days my miles separated out into the individual days. I synced close to midnight and now it started at 5+ miles again.  How do I fix this?

Hey @ppalmeraz, great to see you here.

 

I would like to know if you are turning off your watch at night? Keep in mind that when you turn off the device at the moment of going to be it won't be able to reset as it should. Also, I suggest restarting your Versa by doing the following and test it:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
