Can you post some details.
Are these miles for the days totals, or the miles slurring an exercise?
In what way are they off?
What did the tracker say before and after the sync?
Did you manually add an exercise on this day?

Best AnswerDoes the steps for the day match?
Steps are what the tracker counts. distance is simply a guess based on steps times stride.
Have you set your stride, or let fitbit take a guess of what in theory it would be?
Also during the day your stride will be changing and i would not expect the calculated distance to be close .
The stride is set for the time outside when on a walk. and most likely not match the stride when around the house.
Best AnswerEverything matches but the miles. I've left the stride setting alone. But that's not what I was concerned with....why would my Versa say one thing and the app something different? Syncing should be just that...exactly the same.
