Just walked 3 miles on the treadmill and versa says it was 2.33 miles.  I have a S8 phone. Should I adjust my stride? Any feedback would be great. thank you!

You can adjust your stride.  After you have done several walls outside with GPS connected,  Fitbit will calculate closer to what your actual stride is and it should be more accurate on the treadmill

I decide to send it back. When its 0.66 miles off,  is just not acceptable.  I may try it again down the road sometime.  But right now, I am very disappointed.  I still love fitbit though and went back to my alta, its spot on every time.
