Military time won't go away

I have tried changing my versa from 24hour to 12hour and I will submit and it says profile updated but when I go back to settings it is back at 24hours.

Hi, go to www.fitbit.com/consent. Once you're there, press the settings icon and scroll down to the  "Clock Display Time" and change it to  12 hours. Scroll down to the bottom of the same page and press "Submit" and you're done.

@gb19552019 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I would like to follow up on the issue that your Dashboard is experiencing since the military time appears again set up.

 

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the tips that shared @SunsetRunner.

 

As a side note, please make sure to sync your Versa so the change can take effect on your watch as well.
