Mindfulness sessions won't track my heart rate

I do mindfulness sessions on the Fitbit app, but it always says that it can't give me feedback on my heart rate because my Fitbit is not connected. I connected it and reconnected it several times.

Hi there, @Teach7. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. 

Keep in mind that to see details about your session, including your heart rate during the session, tap the Mindfulness tile  in the Fitbit app, then tap Your Journey. I recommend waiting on the screen and give it a few seconds, then the HR shows up.

On the other hand, I'd recommend making sure you're following the steps below to properly start a mindfulness session in the Fitbit app:

  1. From the Today tab > tap the Mindfulness tile. If you don’t see the tile, go to the Discover tab > Health & Fitness Stats > Mindfulness.
  2. Tap to choose a session, then tap Play Audio to begin. Note: Premium subscribers can access additional guided meditations in the Fitbit app.
  3. After you’re done, tap Log Reflection to record your reflection, or tap No Thanks to skip this step.
  4. To see details about your session, including your heart rate during the session, tap the Mindfulness tile in the Fitbit app, then tap Your Journey.
