Mirror Phone - Apple Music notification each song - how to stop?

I updated the notification settings in my Fitbit app (Android) this week to 'mirror my phone'.  However, I am getting a notification on my Versa 2 every time a new song starts on Apple Music.  I DO NOT have this enabled in my phone, so why is it doing it and how do I stop it?  I have Apple Music set for NO notifications, I have checked in the actual app Settings, under Settings>Apps>Apple Music, and also Settings>Notifications>App Notifications>Apple Music.  NONE have notifications allowed.  I can't find any setting on the Versa 2 to stop it.  How do I get this to stop?
