All my past info is gone..I've had my fitbit for years. All friends and past achievements are gone. Same email address for years because I've checked past emails from fitbit. Please help this is discouraging

That sounds awful. I'm not sure that the user community is going to be able to help though if you are sure you are using the right account information. I suggest that you contact customer support as they will be able to look at things from the server side. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com
