Hi Folks

This is the first time it happens to me. I started my exercise as per normal. I went for a small run and did 4 km from home to home.
My problem is that it recorded the first KM but did not mark it on the map. was wondering if it was a normal bug.. Kinda weird sharing a map with first KM missing in the lines

I have put the map on the left and the map it should look like on the right. I did the blue line where it was suppose to mark

Hello @SunsetRunner I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. 😄

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, when you started your exercise, did the Versa connected with your phone at the very beginning? The missing kilometer in the GPS track might be because your watch connected with the GPS on your phone after the exercise started.

At this moment, I would like to suggest you to first, restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, when starting a new exercise, wait for the Versa to connect to your phone to start running or walking.

Give these steps a try and let us know the outcome!
