This is happening frequently for me, my Versa is showing all active hours and mobile app missing them. At that time the heart rate will either show a null value or some wrong value. Any idea how to fix this, very much fed up with this and this is frequent. I tried restarting every morning but still the problem persists. Did factory reset also.
