Missing active minutes after syncing my Versa

For the last two weeks, after going for a walk/other activity that my versa logs - when I sync it zeroes out. The steps are all still there but instead of the 60 minutes (walking) it says zero on my versa and app. Everything else seems to be ok.

I would like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the active minutes data zeroes out after your sync your watch. I'd like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved.

 

In the meantime, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your activities and see if the issue gets fixed.
