Twice in the last 4 days my fitbit has failed to sync. I have two phones (work and personal) and between the two and using every fix possible I have finally managed to get my versa to sync but there are large chunks of missing data. I am missing 24 hours of data from Fri 8 Feb 10.00am to Sat 9 Feb 10am and data from Mon 11 Feb from 9.15am. Please advise how this data can be recovered / how I can prevent this from happening again.

@jcrpage Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear about your missing data. You mentioned that you are using two phones to sync your device. Does the same data loss shows on both phones? Do you actually sync with both phones or only with one? Could you share screenshot of the missing days. Still you can try syncing your Versa again then log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. You can also manually log a walking or running activity so there is a record on your account.
