Missing days from weekly exercise goal.

The app (iPhone5) frequently misses days in the weekly workout goals. Even though I clearly have done enough active minutes. It used to occationally miss a day but since last upgrade it seems to miss at least half of them. Its almost always walks as I take long walks almost every day. My minutes gets logged. I’ve not accidentally deleted them. I’ve reinstalled the app and restared watch a few times. Seen others with the same issue, not seen a solution.
