Missing historical data from account

Hey, I used to walk 10 miles a day, every day, consistantly for 4 month starting in February 2018.  I would get 20,000+ steps every day and due to health issues I stopped walking and it's taken me a while to get on track. I lost my original fitbit, and used two different alta HR's before I now finally got myself a versa 2. I checked my previous stats to try and get back into my routine, but it's missing almost all my step information? I even have screen shots on Instagram from back when I was hitting my goals on some of the missing days. Is there a way to get those stats back? Did I loose them because I switched fitbits? It's the same account?

@Betaballista It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your missing data. This usually happens when users use a different email to log into their account, thus creating two accounts. Check if you don't have any Fitbit emails (weekly reports or promotional emails) on a different email address.

Let me know how it goes.
