I have been actually missing using my Versa lately. I decided to give it one more try to see if by some chance it would start working again. I ordered a new charger for it and it was at red 0% from last time. I never order a replacement charger so what the heck right. It starting charging and got up to 11% and was able to set up device again but once I took it off the charger went back to 0%. I was able to take it off the charger and walk around and got steps but once I push the buttons to get Fitbit logo went back to 0%. My husband had a versa 2 that got the red exclamation point and he purchased another one with the discount of 35% but I kept it for some reason. Tried working with that one to see if I could get it charging again but could not. I just loved that Versa. I wish google could just understand why people get so frustrated when they devices don’t work. We pay a lot of money for it and I am not trying to be mean. We just want our devices to just work. Anyway I don’t want to vent too much because my post will get deleted. I noticed at target that all of the versa 4 are gone. Last time this happened Fitbit/google came out with a new device. Wondered if a Versa 5 is coming out? No sure about purchasing another device been pricing others and they are EXPENSIVE. Have a great day everyone. Hoping all your devices will stay working properly.
