Missing paid clock faces after factory reset

I have had to factory reset my Sense multiple times. During these resets, I have lost the couple of clock faces I paid for. I have been through all the faces available right now, but can't find them. I also don't remember who I paid since it was a while ago. Please explain to me how I recover the missing faces. Thanks for your help.

Hi @Chemmers - this is not the Sense forum, do you have another watch or have you changed watch?

 

The reason is that some faces available on one type of watch may not be available on another type so may not be found.

 

It can happen after a factory reset that the clock faces linked to the account are removed because when the watch is setup again it takes the clock faces on the watch [only the default one] as the current state and deletes the ones linked to the account.

 

You could ask support if they can see the history for your account, via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support Contact Customer support.
