Missing sleep and active minutes data on app

For some reason the data from my Versa is not updating on my app.

It will update my steps and thats all.

I have lost so much of my progress and am so upset!!!

 

What can I do???

@Kelbel25 How long has this been going on? When was the last successful sync as seen by a time stamp in the Sync section in the Fitbit mobile app (tap on Versa and scroll down)? If you go to your Dashboard on Fitbit.com (in browser), is the data missing there as well?
