Moto Z 2 Play has Fitbit Charger difficulties.

We purchased thru QVC, the Fitbit Charger 3. Did sync first time, and never again. Called Fitbit  ustomer service, asked when they were going to work to get compatible with Moto Z 2, no response - guess we are just second class citizens, nobody fix problem.
