Do you have multiple Pandora accounts? I did! Once I logged in to Pandora with the same email address attached to my Fitbit account....easy breezy! I uninstalled the Pandora app from my iPhone 8, reinstalled, logged in to Pandora with Fitbit email and password, and syncing was a breeze! Takes a while, but this solved it for me! I synced my top 3 stations with zero problems. Make sure your Versa is on its charger, I had my iPhone 8 on its charger too.
I also was getting stuck in a screen saying Upgrade Required or Try a Different Account. “Upgrade” just showed I was Premium and trying a different account did nothing.
I was was even able to transfer my free 30 day Premium trial to the email address I use on my Fitbit account! I got an email confirmation, too. Make sure you know how to manage your subscriptions in iTunes because Pandora premium auto renews at $12.99 per month!
I did a chat with Fitbit and this never even came up as an option....I was asked to contact Pandora 😣 I was getting error message about being unable to connect to Fitbit server, too. I sent screen shots to Fitbit.

Hi! Thanks for reply. Support Team was great, just didn’t think of this! I bet lots of people have multiple Pandora accounts to take advantage of free trials. Now we know how to solve for it.
