Music Transfer: Fitbit Connect thinks I have an Ionic (I have a Versa 2)

I'm trying to download music to my Versa 2. Downloaded Fitbit Connect to my computer and it looks for Ionic.  I don't have an Ionic. I never had an Ionic. Nobody in my home has an Ionic. Nobody in my home ever had an Ionic.  Still, I try to transfer my playlist anyway and get a message: "Device storage is full, can't transfer any more playlists right now."   Screen is showing "Ionic Storage".  Again - this is not an Ionic! This is a brand new Versa 2. No playlists were ever downloaded.  I spoke with a Customer Service rep.  Restarted the Versa 2. Restarted the computer.  Fitbit Connect is still looking for an Ionic and telling me my Ionic storage is full.  Tried a couple more times. Customer Service rep is looking into it and will email me.

Anyone else have this problem? And if so, any solution?  (And when will Fitbit make it easier to transfer music?)
