Music Transfer with WIN10 PC not working

I recently purchased a Versa 2 watch and after setting it up was trying to add music to the watch.
Unfortunately I cannot get the watch / PC program to talk to each other.
The watchface seems to show that it is connected (saying "Use your computer to start transferring music.")

But the application on the PC is still spinning saying "Looking for your watch..."

 

I've tried disabling firewalls, making sure the only bluetooth device is the Versa2, restarting the watch and PC but so far haven't been able to get them connected.

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
