So it appears that while you're transferring, you cannot stop the process or the songs don't load, not even the ones listed as having been synced over. Seems clumsy to me. You'd better have that whole playlist ready to go or you'll have to start over as the system doesn't remember which songs it already synced and added. It's also pretty slow though in fairness, right now I'm on a slow wi-fi network, so that may be part of it.
I hope that the music transference process continues to be patched and improved. O

Hello @Wytefang, good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community. I was reading your post and I appreciate the great feedback you have provided reading the music transfer.
If you are experiencing some sort of delay, for best results, sync your watch in the Fitbit app, and then disable Bluetooth temporarily on your phone and computer. For more information, please visit our article: How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?
Rest assure we are working constantly to improve the Fitbit experience. This feedback helps to improve and add more features in future releases.
See you around and let me know if you have more feedback.

I' trying to sync my music too and its is so slow! I have decent Wi-Fi and transferring 150 songs is telling me will take 3 hours! I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong?

Hello there @rwiatrek, good to see you around and my apologies for the late response. The time will depend of the amount of music you are transferring. However if this is taking too long, perhaps the following post will give you some extra help. Note the post is for Ionic, but the way to transfer music is the same for Versa.
Hope this helps. If you have other questions, stay tuned to our Community!

I am confused on why we need a wi-fi bridge between the versa and the PC. The dock has a usb port that can connect to the PC and create a stable fast bridge to transfer content. Also, why are you suggesting that we disable Bluetooth in order to get a better wi-fi connection?
Also, in order for the fitbit app to see and connect to the watch, Bluetooth MUST be enabled. Now you are saying, turn it off at some point AFTER the watch is connected to the PC. Sheez, what a kludge way to transfer data.
Also, the battery on the watch is drained RAPIDLY when transferring files. I started at 85%. After several drops trying to sync 85 files, my battery was down to 38%. Apparently the watch will drop the connection when the battery is too low.
Also, the sync appears to be trying to TRANSFER ALL files rather than just sync the watch and PC. VERY inefficient.
