How do I get the music to work and the pandora. From an iPhonex ??

Unfortunately, you can't use a phone to load music to use a versa, you need to use a computer. This help file explains how it all works: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251/

@Nova6 What have you tried so far? You need a paid Pandora account to be able to download music from that site.
