Music bad quality with bluetooth headphones.

I connected my ONN Earphones through bluetooth to my Fitbit Versa and played some of the music I've transferred from my computer to my Versa, and the quality is horrible. The music is full of static and it's barely audible. I've tried restarting my Fitbit and headphones and reconnecting them, also i switched my Versa to my right hand because the bluetooth receiver is on the right of the headphones and the problem still persists. I've seen other people with the same problem and it is usually fixed my switching wrists or restarting the Fitbit and repairing the headphones but none of these have helped. I know it's not the headphones because they work perfectly fine with my phone. My Fitbit is only about 3 months old. Please help asap.

@KatieGriffin It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Versa and your headphones and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try removing the link between your headphones and your phone (so it isn't searching for it). Also when using the Versa and your headphones turn off your phone's bluetooth to avoid its signal interfering. Finally restart your Versa again. If the issue persist you may want to try a factory reset on your Versa but note that you will need to set it up again.

Let me know how it goes.
